Led the transition from lexical to semantic search across a catalog of more than 100 million documents, building on an earlier search redesign that increased client conversion spend sixfold.
Designed a dual-model embedding framework across ingestion and serving, enabling model iteration and A/B testing of retrieval strategies. Shipped two fine-tuned embedding models that improved click-through rate and relevance.
Architected and launched an ad-serving experimentation platform that shortened decision cycles from weeks to days and supported more than 30 experiments.
Designed a core service separating ad-request enrichment and eligibility from search, prediction, and auction logic, allowing teams to develop more independently.

Designed and deployed services on AWS and Kubernetes to support client data migrations with zero downtime.
Delivered end-to-end data pipelines, automated validation, and clearer submission guidelines to improve onboarding and reduce reporting issues.

Built the Informatics team from its first member to five professionals and worked with executives to align data strategy with organizational needs.
Established practices for ingestion, validation, code review, and pipeline observability in support of AI and machine learning initiatives.
Developed an HL7 interface that reduced manual work in radiology order creation by approximately 50%.

My responsibilities span design direction, the website and online presence, and tracking profit and loss. I connect the day-to-day work of running the practice with decisions about its growth.

I own product strategy, design, engineering, customer discovery, and marketing. The company grew out of challenges I encountered while building Caridi Concierge.

I take products from the initial problem through feature definition, design, and engineering, while also running marketing and social media.

OnçaHQ helps small businesses and solo operators act on SEO without having to become specialists or interpret a collection of dashboards.

Rastro is designed to make injectable inventory tracking easier for small practices and solo injectors. Scanning and low-friction receipt and usage workflows address the manual entry that makes inventory difficult to maintain.
